Job summary

Paradise Pools, Inc. is seeking an experienced Pool Repair Technician to service and maintain residential pools and spas in Napa Valley area. The role focuses on equipment diagnostics, repairs, installations, and water chemistry while delivering excellent customer service.

You will travel to customer locations, perform advanced equipment repairs, install and program new pool systems, and ensure pools operate safely and efficiently. Must have 2–3 years of experience and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• 2–3 years experience as a pool repair technician
• Strong knowledge of pool cleaning and maintenance methods
• Knowledge of pool chemicals and their properties
• Experience with pool equipment programming, plumbing, electrical work and repairs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations for scheduled service and repair work
• Maintain equipment and chemical inventory in vehicle and shop
• Replace pool lights, seals and gaskets
• Install, repair and troubleshoot heaters, pumps and full equipment sets
• Program pool automation systems on-site and remotely
• Test pool and spa water chemistry and rebalance chemicals
• Clean green pools and spas with company equipment
• Perform all pool-related leak detection and repairs
• Complete service paperwork and report repairs to management accurately
