Job summary

Conrad Orlando is seeking a Seasonal Pool Attendant to provide warm, attentive guest service at our luxury pool environment. This role supports recreation activities and helps maintain a pristine, safe pool area for guests during the seasonal period.

As part of the Hilton family, you’ll engage with guests in a genuine hospitality spirit, handle towel and equipment management, and assist with setup and daily operations. Weekend availability is required for the seasonal schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude and respond to requests.
• Coordinate pool setup: towels, chairs, umbrellas, equipment.
• Keep pool area clean and inviting, including furniture and showers.
• Manage towel supply and inventory.
• Maintain poolside equipment for safety and reliability.
• Monitor pool usage and report hazards.
• Support recreation operations as needed.

As a Pool Attendant , and fun pool environment – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Greet and assist guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to requests, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
• Coordinate pool setup: Confirm guest registration and assist with towels, chairs, umbrellas, and recreational equipment
• Maintain a clean, inviting environment: Clean and maintain pool area, including furniture, showers, cabanas, and other surrounding spaces
• Manage towel supply: Collect used towels, restock clean ones, and monitor inventory to minimize loss
• Maintain poolside equipment: Inspect and care for umbrellas, rafts, speakers, and other equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• Monitor facility usage: Observe pool activity, identify potential hazards, and address or report issues promptly
• Support recreation operations: Assist with general recreation duties or special activities as needed to enhance the guest experience
