Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Recreation Attendant to brighten guests' days in a lively pool environment. You will deliver memorable experiences by assisting guests, managing towel and equipment logistics, and maintaining a clean, inviting pool area.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable working outdoors in all climates, enjoy meaningful guest interactions, and be available for 10-hour shifts from 8am–8pm, including weekends and holidays, helping ensure every stay feels special.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in outdoor settings during any climate.
• Passion in providing meaningful guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with an upbeat attitude and respond promptly to requests.
• Coordinate pool setup including towels, chairs, umbrellas, and recreational equipment.
• Maintain a clean pool area, including furniture, showers, cabanas, and surrounding spaces.
• Manage towel supply: collect used towels, restock clean ones, monitor inventory.
• Maintain poolside equipment like umbrellas, rafts, speakers, and other equipment.
• Monitor pool activity for hazards and address issues promptly.
• Assist with general recreation duties or special activities as needed.
