The resort features a superyacht marina, iconic spires of the rotating Pier-Top lounge, 325 guest rooms, suites, villas, 91 Private Resort Residences, 12 restaurants and lounges, a spa, curated pools, and a waterfront promenade with retail and dining. Our team of over 600 talented members is dedicated to providing extraordinary experiences with exceptional service.

We are seeking a Pool Operations Supervisor to oversee our three pools: a family pool, an adult-only pool, and a private club pool. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Pools & Restaurants, you will lead the recreation operation with passion and creativity, ensuring five-star service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the pool operation meets guest needs, employee satisfaction, and financial targets.
• Resolve guest complaints related to the pool area.
• Deliver exceptional service, maintain equipment, cleanliness, and proper service standards.
• Be highly visible, recognize staff, promote good public relations, and attend to guest requests.
• Provide personalized service, anticipate guest needs, and coordinate special events and activities.
• Train staff on safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Monitor revenue from poolside services and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of all pool areas.
• Coordinate with facilities management for structural or mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility standards.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and incidents.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory/managerial role in luxury hospitality, with pool operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance, safety regulations, and industry trends.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
