Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Nurse Intern to support registered nurses in daily patient care. The role requires active enrollment in a nursing program (ADN or BSN) and completion of core clinical courses, with NCLEX intended within 90 days after graduation.

Under direct supervision, you will perform basic nursing procedures, assist with patient care, and help maintain teamwork and standards.

The Nurse Intern performs the following basic nursing procedures under the direct supervision of the registered nurse. Must maintain the flexibility necessary for rapidly changing assignments. Performs the functions of a Nurse Intern in carrying out all assignments given by the registered nurse with a minimum of continuous supervision. Is accountable to the nurses for all patient care he/she gives during a shift. Is responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care and for promoting teamwork among co-workers. Estimated pay range for this position is $23.50 / hour depending on shift as applicable.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Basic Life Support.
