Job summary

ASP - America's Swimming Pool Company, Northwest Tucson, is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to service a growing outdoor pool route. You will manage roughly 60 pools per week, adjust water chemistry, and keep the truck stocked with chemicals.

Ideal candidates love the outdoors, put safety first, and communicate clearly with customers and the team. A valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a willingness to learn are essential. Company vehicle and training resources are provided.

Qualifications

• Love working outside and practice safety first.
• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Experience with swimming pools is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a busy schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pool route with ~60 pools per week.
• Adjust water chemistry weekly and manage chemicals.
• Identify equipment repair needs and report them.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and in writing.
• Use the job-management app and take before, during, and after photos.
