Job summary

America's Swimming Pool Company of North Texas (ASP of Frisco) is hiring a full-time Pool Maintenance Technician. You will service residential pools, test and balance water chemistry, skim, brush, vacuum, and inspect equipment to keep pools safe and swim-ready.

Training is provided, with a company vehicle and uniforms. Workdays are Monday through Friday with steady outdoor work and opportunities for advancement within the growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Pool maintenance experience or CPO certification is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential pools so they are safe, clean, and swim-ready.
• Test and balance water chemistry.
• Skim, brush, vacuum, and empty baskets.
• Inspect pool equipment and report repair needs.
• Use our mobile platform to manage routes and document service visits.
• Deliver friendly, reliable customer service at every stop.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain residential pools so they are safe, clean, and swim-ready

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and handle pool equipment, chemicals, and supplies
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable working independently and staying on schedule
• Pool experience or CPO certification is a plus, but not required

Compensation Paid training followed by performance-based weekly compensation with guaranteed minimum earnings during ramp-up. Additional advancement opportunities available as you grow in the role.
