Job summary

Pleasure Pools by Charles E Elfert is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will clean and maintain customers’ pools, including tiles, floors, pump baskets, and filters, and you will monitor water chemistry and adjust pH and chemical levels as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, is comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year, and can effectively communicate issues to management and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pools desired.
• Ability to work outside, sometimes in the sun.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, pump baskets, and more.
• Test pool water and balance the water chemistry based on those results.
• Troubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system running.
• Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers.

Job Summary

As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers’ pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH and chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.
