Job summary

Decker Pools LLC is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will clean and maintain clients' pools, check water chemistry, and document issues for management and customers. You will also communicate changes and recommendations to ensure pool quality and safety.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors year-round, has strong customer service skills, and can lift 50+ lbs. Training is provided for those with no prior pool experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers’ pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH, chlorine and other chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.

Responsibilities
