America’s Swimming Pool Company in Central Houston is hiring a Pool Maintenance Technician to service residential and commercial pools, manage weekly routes, and maintain pool chemistry. The role is outdoors, requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and a high school diploma; CPO is valued but not required.

You’ll use our pool-management app, work as part of a team or independently, and support customers with five-star service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or valued certification.
• CPO is valued but not required.
• Customer-service oriented with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a weekly pool route for residential and commercial pools.
• Maintain water chemistry and stock on the company truck.
• Use our pool-management app and communicate issues to customers.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record; lift up to 100 lbs.
• Background check and drug screen as required.
