Pool Scouts in the San Marcos / New Braunfels area is hiring a Pool Maintenance Technician to join a growing team. You will perform weekly cleaning, balance water chemistry, and handle minor repairs while delivering excellent customer service.

We offer training, a company vehicle during work hours, and opportunities for advancement in year-round full-time roles. Must enjoy outdoor work in Texas and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience balancing pool water chemistry and testing.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in Texas weather.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Pool industry experience (6–12 months) preferred; certification prep encouraged.

Pool Maintenance Technician – Full Time, Year-Round

Pool Scouts is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, driving a company vehicle, and being part of a positive team environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Identify and complete minor pool equipment repairs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Pool industry experience preferred (6–12 months ideal)
• Willingness to obtain Certified Pool Technician/Operator certification

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Typical hours between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Occasional weekend work may be required
• No nights
