Job summary

Lisle Park District is seeking Seasonal Pool Maintenance staff to work at Sea Lion Aquatic Park during all open hours. Hours range from 20 to 40 per week and this seasonal position runs from May through Labor Day, with preseason openings in February to prepare for the season.

Applicants should be available for variable schedules and weekend shifts. Duties include cleaning and maintaining locker rooms, decks, pools and equipment such as pool vacuum, pressure washer and leaf blower.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Position requires the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Position calls for the use of chemicals.
• Position calls for working in high humidity and varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain locker rooms, decks, pools, and equipment.
• Operate and maintain pool equipment (e.g., pool vacuum, pressure washer, leaf blower).
