Job summary

Terravita Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a driven Pool Maintenance & Landscaping staff member. The position is full-time, Sunday to Thursday, with compensation at $21.00 per hour plus experience.

You will oversee pool maintenance, deck cleanliness, landscaping, and event setup to deliver exceptional hospitality for members and guests. Ideal candidates have 1 year of pool operation experience and a CPO certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in pool operation and aquatics.
• CPO certification preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool area cleanliness and pool deck.
• Balance chemicals and adjust pool chemistry.
• Inspect and maintain pool equipment and filtration.
• Assist with landscaping, lighting, irrigation as needed.
• Procure chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Support events setup and teardown.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service.
