Job summary

Oakley Country Club in Watertown, MA is seeking a Pool Lifeguard - Swim Instructor to join our team. The role includes monitoring the pool, enforcing safety rules, and teaching swim lessons to members of various ages, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

Shifts are within our hours 8 AM–10 PM, seven days a week, with weekends and holidays required. The ideal candidate holds current lifeguard certification and has strong communication skills; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Current lifeguard certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least one year lifeguard experience is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor the pool area and enforce safety rules.
