Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking a Pool and Hot Tub Technician to join the Boyne Mountain team. You will coordinate maintenance and repairs for pools and hot tubs, ensuring chemical readings meet state requirements and that water quality is consistently high.

The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, and you will use your general maintenance skills to perform routine tasks, log readings, and support ongoing water management at the resort.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of general maintenance of pools and hot tub systems.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Logging all pool chemical readings as required by the State of Michigan.
• Producing monthly maintenance reports.
• Maintaining proper water levels and chemical balance.
• Performing general pool maintenance (filters, skim, pump baskets).
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documenting inspections.
• Conducting daily inspections and routine checks.
