America's Swimming Pool Company in Tucson is seeking a Pool Service Technician. You will diagnose, repair, and install pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, filters, and electrical components, while delivering top-notch service. You will interact with our job-management app, document progress with photos, and communicate clearly with customers.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, enjoy teamwork, and are committed to safety. A valid driver's license and a clean record are required.

About You

You are the ideal candidate for the Pool Service Technician position if you

• Love working outside
• Have experience working on pool equipment
• Are mechanically inclined and good at problem solving
• Practice safety first at all times
• Are passionate about delivering excellent service
• Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Can lift and carry 50lb

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing pool equipment. This includes

• Working on pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, cleaners, blowers, lights, automation systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, and galvanized plumbing, and any other relevant pool equipment
• Working with 110-volt and 220-volt electrical equipment
• Identifying opportunities outside of the repair call, such as upgrading other equipment or adding to the customer experience with other products
• Interacting with our job-management app throughout the day by following a checklist, and taking before, during, and after pictures of repairs and installations
• Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally verbally and in writing and setting realistic expectations for project timelines and costs
