Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform CT, MRI and Ultrasound procedures per diem in our Diagnostic Imaging department. You will work with a team to deliver high-quality images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Requires Basic Life Support, ARRT CT and ARRT Radiography certifications, and graduation from an AMA Council on Education program in Radiologic Technology. Less than 1 year of acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CT/MRI/Ultrasound procedures experience.
• ARRT CT and Radiography certifications required.
• Minimum less than 1 year in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT, MRI and Ultrasound procedures.
• Ensure image quality and patient safety.
• Maintain documentation and participate in quality improvement.

Provides a variety of CT procedures on all age groups served by the entity. Safely ensures quality images. Participates in the department continuous quality improvement process. Ensures customer satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all assigned patients.

Degrees: High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

• Basic Life Support.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography.
• ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography.

• Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Six months experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• ARRT Computed Tomography within 18 months of hire.
• Employees who don't have RTCT as of May 1st, 2021 have 18 months to obtain it.
