Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Pool Construction Foreman to supervise crews and manage pool projects. You will ensure safety, quality workmanship, scheduling, and budget adherence while coordinating with clients and suppliers on site. The ideal candidate has pool construction experience, prior foreman duties, and strong leadership and communication skills.

OSHA certification is a plus. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, overseeing surface repair, equipment installation, and mentoring

Qualifications

• Experience in pool construction or related construction fields.
• Previous supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pool construction materials.
• Ability to operate construction tools and equipment relevant to pool renovation.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate pool renovation crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Oversee the removal and replacement of pool surfaces, tile, coping, plumbing, and decking.
• Manage the installation of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
• Communicate with clients if necessary, project managers, and suppliers to coordinate materials and job site logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours.
