Job summary

Baptist Health in Miami is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care to patients of all ages through medication order review, preparation, dispensing, documentation, monitoring, patient counseling, and reconciliation.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other clinicians to ensure safe, effective, and fiscally responsible patient-centered care; the position offers an hourly pay around $65.25 depending on shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
• Registered Pharmacist license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care through medication order review, preparation, dispensing, documentation, monitoring, patient counseling, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and fiscally responsible patient-centered care.
• Interpret, review and process medication orders; intervene as warranted; provide therapeutic assessments and disease management for assigned clinical areas.
