Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining customers’ pools, including tiles, floors, pump baskets, and filters, and adjusting water chemistry as needed.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to work outdoors, and attention to detail. Valid Florida Driver's License is preferred, with opportunities for advancement and paid time off in a friendly, outdoor-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience working with pools is a plus.
• Ability to work outside, sometimes in the sun.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers’ pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH and chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.
