Job summary

EPIC POOLS INC is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of customers’ pools, including tiles, floors, pump baskets, and filters, and for checking pH and chemical levels. You will document pool issues and communicate changes to management and customers.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside year-round.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience working with pools desired.
• Ability to work outside, sometimes in the sun.
• Clean Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, pump baskets, and more.
• Test pool water and balance the water chemistry based on those results.
• Troubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system running.
• Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers.
