Job summary

SPS PoolCare is seeking a Pool Service Maintenance Specialist I in the Town of Texas, Wisconsin. Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Extensive understanding of repairs, automation, equipment, and piping related to swimming pools.
• Mechanical and manual labor skills related to aquatic facilities and equipment.
• Math skills to calculate chemical additives and ratios.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to maintain logs and records.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains filled pools and facilities by skimming, vacuuming, and performing chemical treatments.
• Periodically empties pools to perform deep cleaning.
• Regularly tests pool water for pH and contaminants.
• Ensures correct color, chemistry, and clarity of pool water.
• Calculates and adds chemical treatments to maintain pH balance.
• Inspects pool and equipment; troubleshoots and repairs identified issues.
• Completes and maintains daily logs outlining chemical usage, water quality, repairs, and supplies.
• Resolves client or customer problems.
