Job summary

Wyndham Grand Rio Mar seeks a Pool & Beach Attendant to ensure guest and employee safety in the pool area and to maintain the pool, exercise room and surrounding facilities. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and completion of life safety and first aid courses, with CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities include monitoring safety, maintaining chemical and temperature levels, keeping areas clean and orderly, and assisting with daily logs and special projects as directed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Red Cross Water Safety course.
• Red Cross First Aid course.
• CPR course.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool area to ensure guest and employee safety and enforce published safety rules.
• Maintain pool, whirlpool, spa area and exercise room to ensure cleanliness and proper operation.
• Check and maintain chemical and temperature levels as directed to meet safety regulations.
• Keep pool area clean, stocked and safe, including restrooms and locker rooms.
• Complete daily reports and logs; assist with special projects as needed.
