Mesquite Gaming is seeking a Pool Bar Back responsible for keeping all pool bar areas stocked with supplies and assisting bartenders during shifts. This role requires outdoor work in heat and direct sunlight and the ability to stand for long periods.

You must be customer service oriented, fluent in English, with basic math skills, and able to read and write. The job involves inventory tasks, organizing bar storage, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean bar and equipment and replenish bar supplies such as liquor, mixes, milk, whipping cream, fruit, ice, napkins, straws, etc.
• Complete inventory and paperwork as assigned.
• Organize and maintain bar storage areas, stock coolers.
• Assist the bartender with customers when needed.
• Meet Health and Safety Regulations, company guidelines, service standards, labor standards, and product quality within all beverage areas.
• Other job-related duties as assigned by management.
