Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide seeks a Pool Attendant in Orlando to maintain a welcoming pool area and deliver a safe, enjoyable guest experience. You will assist guests and Owners with towels, seating, and pool rules while upholding safety standards and training requirements.

The role supports a team environment with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits; background checks may apply. Availability for various shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Able to reach overhead and bend, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Background and/or drug screening may be required per policy and applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Obtains, folds, and stacks towels according to procedures.
• Keeps pool area organized and safe for guests and colleagues.
• Promotes pool rules and regulations and assists in safe activities.
• Participates in safety training and certifications as required.
• Interacts with guests professionally to ensure a positive experience.
