Evotti Marine seeks a Boat Assembly Technician to assemble, install, and inspect marine components for high-end pontoon boats. You will read blueprints and wiring diagrams, operate hand and power tools, and ensure quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and adherence to production targets, with opportunities to support multiple models and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and inspect boat components per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely.
• Troubleshoot and correct assembly or fitment issues.
• Move between workstations and assist with multiple boat models.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet or exceed daily production targets with attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors.
• Support other departments or special projects to ensure on-time delivery.
