Job summary

Spinehola is seeking a Polysomnographic Technologist in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This position involves providing comprehensive evaluations and treatment of sleep disorders, performing polysomnography, and analyzing sleep data. The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma with at least 2 years of college education and the RPSGT certification. Additionally, candidates must have prior experience as a Polysomnographic Trainee and be able to work night shifts. This role reports to the Sleep Lab Director/Medical Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Polysomnographic Trainee with proficiency in all competencies.
• Successful completion of a polysomnographic program associated with a state-licensed or nationally accredited facility.
• Board-registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist licensed with the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders.
• Perform polysomnography and analyze sleep data.
• Prepare and calibrate equipment for testing.
