Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) for a full-time night shift. The role involves comprehensive sleep studies, scoring data, and patient education, following AASM standards.

You will monitor overnight CPAP/BiPAP titrations, split-night studies, and MSLT, with emphasis on safety and accurate EMR documentation. The ideal candidate holds an RPSGT credential, high school diploma, and BLS within 3 months of hire; preferred is a polysomnography

They monitor patients during overnight tests such as CPAP/BiPAP titrations, split-night studies, and MSLT, responding to sleep events and emergencies. Responsibilities include scoring sleep data, generating detailed reports, educating patients on sleep disorders and therapy, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety and infection control, and documenting procedures accurately in the EMR.
