Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a Sleep Disorders Center technologist to perform testing across neonatal to geriatric patients in both acute and non-acute care settings. The role supports the Sleep Lab during dedicated night shifts.

Qualifications

  • Must have National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (NRPS) or National Certified Polysomnographic Technician (N/C PSGT) certification.
  • Current Basic Life Support (AHA)
  • Experience in Polysomnography.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Sleep Disorders Center testing procedures for neonatal to geriatric patients.
  • Work under supervision in both acute and non-acute care settings.

Under general supervision and assistance of a licensed RCP/Polysomnographic Technologist performs Sleep Disorders Center testing procedures on neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients in both acute and non-acute care setting.

Required Qualifications
  • Upon hire: National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists, or
  • Upon hire: National Certified Polysomnographic Technician - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Experience in Polysomnography.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or two-year technical program - Health Science or related field preferred.
  • Successful completion of an accredited program in Polysomnography.
