The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in a related discipline, extensive experience in biologic production processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to innovation.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 5+ years, M.S. with 8+ years, or B.S. with 12+ years in relevant fields.
• Experience in tech transfer, scale-up or production of polysaccharide/protein conjugate vaccines.
• Extensive experience in biologic production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate launch readiness and commercial supply of polysaccharides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the network.
• Support internal and external manufacturing networks.
