Santander seeks an Associate, PolyPaths Technology Specialist to join our technology and risk analytics team in the United States. The role focuses on supporting pricing, valuation, and market risk workflows within a large banking environment.

You will work with front office, risk, finance, model, and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and enhance PolyPath platform capabilities. Strong Python and Java skills and fixed income knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• PolyPath expert-level knowledge.
• Strong experience in market risk in banking or capital markets.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Solid understanding of fixed income pricing, valuation and risk analytics.
• Experience supporting risk models, valuation tools, pricing engines, or market risk platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing, valuation, and market risk activities within a large banking or capital markets environment.
• Collaborate with front office, risk, finance, model, and technology teams to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot PolyPath-based pricing and risk workflows using Python and Java.
• Support risk processes including sensitivities, stress testing, VaR, and pricing workflows.
