Job summary

RENOLIT Group is seeking a Product Development Engineer/Product Development Scientist to design and develop products from concept creation to launch. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of industrial product development experience, a degree in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science, and familiarity with polymers and processing equipment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant industrial product development experience is highly desirable.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 in STEM courses.
• Experience with polymers and polymer processing equipment is a must.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products from concept to launch.
• Conduct experiments to verify product performance.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Operations, and Quality.
