Job summary

Eyconis is looking for a motivated individual in Redwood City for a laboratory-based role focusing on chemical process development, particularly in (bio-)polymer modification. Responsibilities include conducting experiments and collaboration with scientists to optimize reactions and processes.

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience; level flexible depending on degree and experience.
  • Experience with polysaccharides is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cGMP / ICH guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct reaction/process optimization studies.
  • Document experimental results and write technical reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program goals.

Skills

Hands-on experience with (bio-)polymer synthesis
Knowledge of analytical methods (SEC-MALS, NMR, HPLC)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail

Education
