Job summary

PeerIslands US Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced Java backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.

You will write clean, efficient code, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and apply best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Java backend development experience.
• Expert in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD, Gradle and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot
