Job summary

Select Water Solutions’ Poly Water Transfer Operator installs, operates, and maintains poly pipe water transfer systems used in oilfield operations, including hydraulic fracturing, drilling and production support. This role requires strong field awareness, strict safety standards, and the ability to work long hours in demanding environments.

You will lay out and position poly lines, load equipment, fuse pipes, install valves and manifolds, monitor pumps, perform basic maintenance, and assist in

Qualifications

• Understanding and following supervisor instructions.
• Ability to work in all weather and conditions.
• Physically capable of performing duties safely.
• Willingness to work long hours and variable shifts.
• Must be able to travel out of town.
• Basic knowledge of oilfield services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lay out and position poly line across well pads and rugged terrain.
• Load/unload poly pipe and equipment for transport.
• Fuse poly pipe segments.
• Install valves, elbows, T-fittings, and manifolds as per plans.
• Operate poly pipe spool trailer safely.
