Job summary

North Shore Strategies is seeking motivated political canvassers for North Denver and Thornton, CO to support grassroots field efforts. You will engage voters face-to-face, deliver campaign messages, and help mobilize support for candidates and initiatives.

This is a seasonal, part-time role with 4–5 hour shifts and 3+ shifts weekly during active programs. The position emphasizes civic participation, professional conduct, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered voter in your state of residence.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week when a program is active.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort engaging strangers.
• Reliable, goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing and able to canvass outdoors for extended periods in varying weather.
• Prior experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, or community organizing a plus, not required.
• Strong belief in progressive values and civic participation.
• Capable of meeting deadlines and performance targets.

Political Canvassers are on the front lines of our campaign operations, having direct conversations with voters to inform, persuade, and mobilize support for candidates and initiatives.

About the Role
As a Political Canvasser, you'll play a critical role in the democratic process through face-to-face voter engagement. Responsibilities typically include delivering campaign messages, collecting petition signatures, and building lasting support for candidates and issues in your community.
