  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Complete daily production numbers accurately and on time.
  • Accurately complete production records, work orders, and area logs.
  • Follow safety policies at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure finished parts meet quality standards and customer specs.

Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Summary

The Polish Technician is responsible for preparing metal surfaces for a variety of coatings and finishes. This includes cleaning, grinding, buffing, sanding, and blasting to achieve the specified surface quality. The role requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and safe operation of surface preparation tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces according to specifications outlined in work instructions.
  • Operate and maintain grinders, buffing wheels, sandblasters, tumblers, sandpaper, and files.
  • Learn and apply proper grinding, buffing, and sandblasting techniques.
  • Safely operate and maintain ovens and vibratory tumblers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Complete daily production numbers accurately and on time.
  • Accurately complete production records, work orders, and area logs.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
