We are looking for several foremen/polishers (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Wiesbaden and our branch in Dresden. The role involves managing concrete repair projects, ensuring quality, safety and efficient resource use.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing challenging construction projects as well as planning and deploying commercial staff and subcontractors on the construction site.
• You are available on site as a competent contact person.
• The scheduling of materials and equipment is in your hands.
• You are responsible for quality control and deadline monitoring.
• Monitoring and ensuring occupational safety are part of your responsibilities.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed further training in a relevant profession.
• You have initial professional experience as a foreman/supervisor (m/f/d) in concrete repair.
• You have a good knowledge of regulations and standards and ideally already hold the SIVV certificate.
• Your organisational skills and your keen awareness of costs and quality set you apart.
• Readiness for action and team spirit combined with an independent, committed and meticulous approach to work are a matter of course for you.
• You hold a Class B driving licence.
