Job summary

STK Las Vegas is seeking a Polisher to deliver a flawless dining experience by ensuring glassware, silverware, and china are polished to perfection. You will maintain the highest cleanliness and presentation standards so every guest enjoys elegance from the moment they sit down.

The role requires standing for long periods, meticulous attention to detail, and teamwork with FOH staff. Prior fine dining experience is preferred, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Speed and efficiency, especially during peak service hours.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle delicate items.

Responsibilities

• Polish glassware, silverware, and china to a spotless, pristine standard.
• Inspect items for watermarks, fingerprints, chips, or imperfections.
• Maintain organized, stocked service stations with polished wares.
• Support service flow by coordinating with servers, bartenders, and BOH.
• Maintain polishing cloths and cleaning supplies in good condition.
• Follow health and safety standards and keep the dining area sanitary.

What You’ll Do

As a Polisher at STK Steakhouse, you will play a vital role in delivering a flawless dining experience by ensuring that glassware, silverware, and china are polished to perfection. Your mission is to maintain the highest cleanliness and presentation standards, ensuring that every guest experiences elegance and excellence from the moment they sit down.

Key Responsibilities

• Polishing & Cleaning: Carefully polish glassware, silverware, and china to ensure a spotless, streak-free, and pristine presentation
• Inspecting for Quality: Check each item for watermarks, fingerprints, chips, or imperfections before placing them for service
• Stocking & Organization: Maintain organized and properly stocked service stations with polished glassware and silverware
• Supporting Service Flow: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and the BOH team to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Maintaining Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain polishing cloths and cleaning supplies to ensure they are fresh and effective
• Safety & Hygiene: Follow health and safety standards, ensure proper handling of fragile items and maintain a clean, sanitary environment
• Assisting the Service Team: Be ready to help set up dining areas, reset tables, and contribute to an efficient front-of-house operation
