Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• May require a valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) or equivalent per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine; answer questions about menu items and allergens.
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and confirm orders with guests.
• Check items for quality and presentation to ensure an attractive dining experience.
• Monitor guest needs, respond to requests, and address concerns professionally.
• Significant walking or other mobility; shift may exceed 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and perform repetitive motions.
