The role requires travel, ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays, and a strong work ethic with safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
