Job summary

You will answer questions about policies, accept payments, identify customer needs, follow up on quotes and renewals, and assist with marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with basic to intermediate skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Answer questions regarding customer’s policy.
• Accept payments and process transactions.
• Identify potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
• FNOL’s (vehicle inspections).
• Position is full time.
• Other duties as assigned.
