Job summary

Ideal candidates will have strong writing skills, experience with data visualization, and a background in economics, political science, or related social sciences. Hybrid work arrangements are available within this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, sociology or related social science field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience spanning research, project management, policy analysis, or related work.
• Excellent writing and communications skills; familiarity with economic data sources and policy scholarship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and policy analysis on workforce, industrial policy, international development and immigration.
• Perform quantitative data analysis using large data sets.
• Create tables, graphs, and other data visualizations to clearly communicate findings.
• Support the research team in drafting, editing, and proofreading working papers and presentations.
• Conduct literature reviews and monitor relevant policy material.
• Support Senior Fellow with drafting and proofreading of research reports and policy briefs.
