Job summary

FinRegLab in Washington, DC, is seeking senior research analysts to design, lead, and execute qualitative and market research, policy analyses, and multi-stakeholder engagements.

Candidates should hold a graduate degree in a relevant field and demonstrate strong writing, critical thinking, and project management; experience in policy research and collaboration with diverse stakeholders is preferred. The role follows a hybrid work model with a minimum in-office presence of three days per week.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in business, economics, finance, law, public policy, computer science or related field.
• Familiarity with technology, data, and regulatory frameworks in finance via research or industry experience.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing qualitative research projects, policy analyses, and stakeholder engagements for public policy and finance sector.
• Research and write about market and policy trends to inform agenda and communications.
• Support and manage project-level working groups with senior executives and regulators, banks, fintechs, and academia.
• Coordinate with analytics staff and academic partners to facilitate empirical workstreams.
