As a Policy Enforcement Manager for YouTube Shopping, you will focus on keeping YouTube’s growing shopping ecosystem safe, compliant, and trustworthy. You will lead operational workflows that safeguard users, merchants and creators, support vendor teams, and work cross‑functionally to solve complex challenges in an evolving environment.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
