Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis seeks a Policy Analyst Supervisor to lead a team of policy analysts within the Community Development and Engagement (CDE) team. You will conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform public policy discussions and advance the economic well-being of low- to moderate-income communities.

This role requires on-site presence at Minneapolis or Helena, MT, with responsibilities spanning supervision, engagement, and research delivery to support policy makers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and at least 6 years of operations/financial analysis or project management experience.
• Experience analyzing data for quantitative research and deploying summary statistics.
• Experience conducting qualitative research such as focus groups, surveys, or interviews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the CD policy team by developing, mentoring and evaluating staff.
• Lead and mentor team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
• Guide project planning, execution and delivery of policy research content.
• Develop and monitor annual work goals and collaboration across the team.
• Travel within the Minneapolis Fed district as required.
