Responsabilités

• Plans, directs, and supervises activities of a division or shift.
• Coordinates training for employees and evaluates performance.
• Enforces policies and procedures; reviews crime statistics and advises on issues.
• Operates and maintains law enforcement equipment and vehicles.
• Assists in budget preparation and control of resources.
• Responds to critical incidents and serves as Watch Commander as assigned.
