Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• A valid California Class C Driver’s License is required.
• Tattoo policy: visible tattoos not allowed while on duty (with exemptions).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to employees and other City departments.
• Model and practice the highest standards of ethical conduct.
• Develop necessary skills from on-the-job training and meet performance standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment and work a 24-hour rotating shift.
• Communicate in English, both oral and written.
• Operate position-related software, equipment and tools.
• Support cybersecurity policy adherence.
