• Able to pass medical, polygraph, and psychological exams.

Responsibilities

• Preserve peace and safety through mediation, investigation, and enforcement.
• Respond to citizen requests; enforce traffic laws and investigate crimes.
• Secure scenes and collect evidence; arrest violators and transport detainees.
• Prepare detailed reports; maintain department equipment and vehicles.
• Represent the City in court hearings and coordinate with other agencies.
