Job summary

PASADENA CITY COLLEGE seeks a Police Officer to maintain campus safety and security, working with students, faculty, staff and the surrounding community to promote a safe learning environment.

The starting salary ranges from $79,729.08 to $87,901.20 per year, with an additional $10,000 sign-on bonus available upon completion milestones. A California POST-certified Basic Police Academy credential is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a California POST-certified Basic Police Academy.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Ability to pass background investigation, psychological and medical examinations.
• Valid California driver's license.

Starting Salary and Benefits

• Intermediate Certificate
• Advanced Certificate
• Graveyard/Day Rotation
• During Graveyard
